This service includes:

personal sourcing service for one pair of jeans
+
the cost of the pair of jeans THAT I select, WHICH best fits the measurements that you provide upon purchasing.

Please make sure you use the fit guide to find your measurements prior (to purchasing) and enter those asked in the dropdown menu (upon purchasing). I will follow up to request the rest of your measurements.

Please read the concierge guide below

• Once you purchase the concierge service, I will contact you with any questions/clarifications I might have, and then will work to personally source your denim until:
  1. I find one pair that I feel best fits your measurements and desired wash/distress.
  AND
  2. If I cannot find a pair that I feel matches your measurements/wash request within 3 weeks, then I will refund you in full.

• Once I find the pair that I feel best fulfills the above, I’ll send you a few pictures of the sourced pair of jeans prior to shipping. If you decide you do not like a pair I have chosen, then I will give you store credit for $225, but the remainder of the sourcing/concierge fee is non-refundable. This will complete the service.

• The service doesn’t include ongoing sourcing with unlimited options.

• I will only source based on the measurements you provide, and I will not guesstimate how to adjust measurements if you want something other than the size that correlates to the measurements provided.

• This service is for sourcing only. You must have your measurements per the fit guide prior to purchasing.

• This service does not include rare Levi’s such as Selvedge, Big E, etc. Nor does it include finding a pair of jeans from a specific year/decade, but it is guaranteed they will be vintage Levi’s made in the USA (at least 20 years old).

• This service does not include the sourcing of very specific characteristic requests (examples: wallet or dip can fades on back pockets, very specific placement of fades or distress, crease fades down the front of the legs from years of ironing/starching, exact wash/photo of your inspiration photo.) as each pair of vintage denim is unique in its own way with wear/patina from decades of wear from a specific person(s).

• This service does not guarantee the jeans you receive to fit just like a pair fits a different person in an inspiration photo you send me. Case example: you give your hair stylist an inspiration photo and they do exactly that cut/color, yet you still don’t look like the person in the photo. We are all made differently with different body types/proportions.

• The pair of jeans you are ordering are NOT the pair (or identical) to the picture in the listing you ordered from. The photographs are just used as an example of the color/shade/wash (nothing more). :)

• I am not making these jeans to order, I am using the measurements you provide and sifting through sometimes hundreds of jeans to find a pair that best matches your measurements. I do not tailor/hem. This takes considerable time, so expectations need to be set prior to purchase. Thank you for understanding. - Meg

By completing the purchase of the concierge, you are agreeing to the information presented above. You are agreeing that you have read the fit guide in its entirety and followed it closely in order to provide me the measurements with your order.
