HELPFUL TIPS

3 ASKS FROM MEG BEFORE PURCHASING:

  1. Please measure your jeans to compare before purchasing, unless you already know your measurements.

  2. Your jeans need to be 100% cotton, **absolutely NO stretch, not even 1%**

  3. Best to measure your jeans when they’ve been newly washed/dried, as I measure after washing/drying on medium heat. All 100% cotton vintage jeans will loosen up a tad once wearing them. So if they’re tight when first putting them on, wear them a bit. Trust me.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  1. I take all photos in my listings inside, by a window with natural sunlight (with an overhead soft box light on set on cool) to ensure truest depiction of the color/wash.

  2. I photograph and measure according to my fit guide. So if you need help, please refer to it HERE.

  3. ALL SALES FINAL = NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Love you, mean it.

EXPECTATIONS OF VINTAGE JEANS:

Please keep in mind, vintage jeans are not new jeans. Every pair is one-of-one and is at the very least 20 years old, most are older. This means they’ve been worn a LOT, and likely have signs of wear - i.e. thinning areas, loose threads, signs of previous repair work, discolorations, organic distressing, wear at the rivets, wear at the button holes, thinning in certain areas. I do my best to describe these areas/signs of wear & tear, so please - before you buy - understand that you may receive your jeans and there will be signs of aging. Most buy vintage jeans wanting this, but if you want pristine new looking jeans, vintage likely isn’t for you. And that is OK.

SLOW FASHION THANKS

By purchasing these jeans you are helping stop waste from fast fashion, and as a result Mother Earth (and I) thank you! Also, vintage jeans are just far superior, IMO.
